CV screen+ cover letter, then a set of research tests online followed by three interviews. Interview with the HR Director included doing quick mental maths questions along with taking ages to read through my CV in front of me and unable to ask meaningful questions showing absolute lack of interviewing ability. The interview with an Associate and CEO were enjoyable and much more like an interview.
