I applied online then got an email for a link, answered some questions. They just want to see what type of sales person you are. It was easy I passed it then got an email for an interview with the store manager. After the interview got an offer the next day.

Normal Interview process. Tell me about yourself etc. I would talk about your love for converse too. Make sure you are a team person. There is a lot of teamwork.

It was an online interview, self explanatory. Record yourself answering the prompts given. They gave about 2-3 mins to answer each question, and you get to review how you answered if you did not like your first take.

It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
