I was connected to a recruiter and we had a brief intro phone call where she confirmed what was on my resume and asked me about my interests... she also sent me job descriptions that she thought I would be interested in and asked me which ones I preferred but then I did not hear back for months to only find out that I was not qualified enough when I wasn't even given an interview with the actual hiring manager to prove myself. The process was dragged on for months and was disappointing overall.

Nach Einreichen meiner Unterlagen wurde ich zu einem Interview eingeladen, dass über eine App namens "Hirevue" ging. Es gab einige Fragen, die man per Video beantworten musste und dann waren es nur multiple choice Fragen bzgl. Arbeitsgenehmigung etc.
