I applied online and used some sort of appointment system to schedule myself for an on-site interview with the hiring manager. He asked the usual basic questions and so forth, then I showed him my website and projects as per requirement. Other than that, the building and interior looks cool.

Phone interview followed by two in person interviews. They are very casual and easy to talk to. Mostly just go through your portfolio and talk about the position. I also got a tour of the building and their showroom.
