The interview process lacked structure and consistency. Across multiple rounds, the discussion jumped between too many topics databases, ETL, cloud, Power BI, reporting, and AI within a very limited timeframe. This made it difficult to properly demonstrate depth in any one area, especially for technical roles that require focused evaluation.
There was no clear technical assessment or practical use case to fairly evaluate skills. Instead, the process relied heavily on broad verbal questioning, which is not an effective way to assess real-world technical capabilities.
Additionally, there were several scheduling issues. Interviews started late more than once, and in the final round, key team members were absent. This gave the impression of a lack of coordination and preparation.
Overall, the experience felt unstructured and did not reflect a professional or well-organized hiring process.
