2 stages - I was given a written test where I had to write a short brief on 3 different countries. This was on email. I then had a formal interview for which I had to prepare a presentation on the political, security and operational risks to a mining company in my region. I then was grilled on this by a panel (on the phone, with the panel seated in the head office). I then had a second one on one interview with another senior manager in the region I was seeking to join.
