My first interview was with the head of department and a consultant who worked on the ground. We went through my CV and discussed past experience, which lasted around 30 minutes. I was then given a translation to complete followed by a series of questions in order to write an essay of around 1000 words. The whole process lasted around two hours. I was invited to a second interview with two different people and was asked to prepare a short presentation on a topic relevant to the job area. After the presentation I was asked to go into further detail about the information within it and was asked some situational questions about the jobs and how I would react in certain cirxumstances.
