I applied online for this position and got a phone call about an initial phone screening scheduled for the following week. Participated in 30 minute phone screening. About one week later, I was offered a next level interview by the manager of this position and another CE Administrator (audio only) through a Zoom meeting. This interview lasted about one hour. I was asked about my work experience and asked standard interview questions. I was notified about one week later that I was selected for an in person interview with the same two individuals listed above. This interview took place in Denver, CO and lasted about 2.5 hours. During this interview I was asked more interview questions (including scenario questions) and was told more about the company and how the websites are set up. They asked standard interview questions for all three interviews that I participated in. It was a lengthy interview process where they were really able to identify my skill set and assess my fit within the company. Company culture is very important to this company. Personable experience, friendly staff made the interview process comfortable and exciting.
