The interview process was very transparent- meaning they openly answered any questions I had and a full tour was given. I felt they truly listened to and gauged my responses to determine my fit. It was not a quick process

Overall, quick process for screening and they try to have an in-person internet shortly afterwards which is always good. Offer was extended after 24 hrs and started working a few days after.
