The interview process involved a simple voice call asking why I wanted to job and if I was able to go through the training. Afterwords, I was signed up for the training that involved swimming and cpr training.

Asked how familiar I was with life guarding and if I had any previous swimming experience. They also asked what hours I would be able to work and what locations I would be able to work out of. They also had a discussion of salary.
