There was a phone interview in which i had to talk briefly about my experience and talk in english (i'm Brazilian but fluency in English was a requirement). Then i was invited to a group dynamic (had to prepare a 5 min personal presentation) and had a small interview with HR afterwards. I passed, and 3 weeks later i went there again for an Assessment Center in which we had 2 group activities, 1 individual activity and 1 personal presentation+interview. All the activities were evaluated by 3 engineering managers and the HR manager.
