Applied on my college's career website for the field engineer internship. After a week got a call back for an on-campus interview. The interview was conducted by two project engineers and basically comprised of behavioral questions. It lasted about an hour and they seemed very friendly. I was told I would be contacted later. After a few weeks I was contacted by the HR department to come to their headquarters for a three hour interview. That day I took three interviews each lasting about an hour. The interviews were focused on "leadership", "management", and "technical" respectively. Again they asked behavioral questions and focused on specifics. Word to the wise make sure to know about the company before you take the interviews! After the interviews I was told I would be contacted a couple weeks later regarding the results. Two weeks later I was contacted by HR and was asked to come on-site to a job site for the offer details. After a tour of the job site I was made an offer. I accepted.
