A recruiter called me and introduced me to the company.
I had a first interview with a manager, very nice person and the interview was really smooth and nice. The guy had a lot of experience and gave a very good impression on the company.
After that they invited me to the office and I had lunch with the team and it was really nice.
Afterwards, a first interview with two developers with some JavaScript skills test, it was really challenging but the two developers made me feel really comfortable and that was awesome.
After that I had one interview with one product owner, that didn’t show me the product itself, just some brief introduction, that interview I guess was ok.
Later on I had an interview with two developers in the infrastructure team it was ok, they asked me some vídeo encoding infrastructure questions and that was it.
After that I had a catch up interview with the same manager and it was nice, it was basically to understand my thoughts on the company, role, team and stuff like that.

I was initially contacted by an external recruiter who set me up with the company.
The first stage was a remote interview with the director of the area.
The next step was the on-site:
- Interview with the director of the area..
- Interview with a director from a different area.
- Coding interview.
- System design interview with the team I was joining.
- Office tour.
- Check-up with internal recruiter.
Finally, I was asked for references from co-workers for them to check. After that stage I was given an offer.
The process was fast. There was feedback on every stage. They were flexible enough to split the on-site in two days to fit my schedule. Everyone was friendly and professional.
