The most open discussion I ever had with a recruiter!
In three decades of IT, interviewing with dozens of potential clients or potential employers, I thought I have seen it all. Well, until interviewing with Contentful :)
This was by far the most professional and most enjoyable interview I ever had. It will always be my example of choice when discussing openness between potential employer and potential employee!

I have helped Contentful as an agile coach in an engagement through my previous company, agile42. This meant Contentful had a clear picture of my capabilities and how I would fit into their culture. Since Contentful has a really strong culture and they are very mindful about it, the process was very smooth.
