J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Consulting Point (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2018
Entretien
3 stage interview. Met the CEO first. Relaxed interview where he told me about the company and what they were doing. We talked about whether we sounded like the company I wanted to work with. Which I did. I came back and met two consultants and had a more formal interview covering numbers and market. Finally came back after work and went out for a drink with the team. It felt thorough and two way. I liked them, they liked me.
I got the impression that they cared about the person they hired and not just the sales figures.

I was interviewing at 4 other companies at the time and the R2R said that I really needed to see Consulting Point. I had a 30 mins "Teams" video call and then dropped in to the office the next day to meet the Sales Director and CEO. Very nice, almost informal discussion about me and them. No stupid "interview" questions. I really felt they listened and also told me what I needed to know.
Afterwards, when I got the job and joined, I realised that is very much the grown up tone of the firm. Listen and act and not just talk.
