So many rounds of interviews, and I seemingly passed all of them, but got rejected anyway. They refused to provide any feedback, which sucks. They will waste your time with their 6-7 interview stages
Recruiter reached out to me without providing a job description. After I asked for it, she provided it. Then she asked for time slots and my email (why won't they use a dedicated service?). And finally, she asked for my CV pdf so she could upload it into their ATS (but why? she could download it from LinkedIn). That was when I decided to not proceed any further, If they cannot organise HR work, why would they organise CS work?..

Initially the interviews went great. I was ghosted with no response from anyone after multiple attempts. I am not sure if this company is actually hiring for the roles posted online.
