Respond in the STAR format about how you dealt with a difficult senior leader. What did you do and what were the results?
Fairly intensive interview process (5 interviews in a row), followed by second round with C level employees. Standard questions like "Why Constellation" and "why are looking" as well as follow up questions that were behavior based in nature.
