HR Call. 1 hour in person interview. met with 4 different team members all of whom were relaxed and down to earth. Discussed Selling style. Really just a measure of personality and professionalism.

The interview process was exceptionally well-structured, transparent, and professional. I highly appreciated that the salary range was clearly shared right from the job posting, showing great corporate transparency. Communication with the HR team was top-notch; they always responded incredibly fast and built a strong sense of trust from day one. Everyone I met was highly skilled, competent, and easy to communicate with, doing a fantastic job analyzing the company’s vision and growth plans in Greece. An outstanding candidate experience overall.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A couple of questions that shared with me during the interview round can be seen below:
- What are your key tactics for handling objections and accelerating the sales cycle in a fast-paced, one-call close environment?
- Given a high volume of potential clients, what specific criteria or frameworks do you use to segment, tier, and prioritize accounts for maximum conversion efficiency?

The interview process was fairly standard, with the first round with a recruiter and then with members of the sales team. Nothing out of the ordinary question wise, it was your standard fare with a mock call at the end.
After having the chance to interview with other SaaS companies, this one felt very "corporate" and "stiff" throughout the interview process compared to others. Their approach for sales consultants is to show empathy for the person you're talking to, but often times it ends up being a little too salesy in the approach with trying to throw discounts in at the end to get the sale. It didn't seem like it was so much about helping people achieve their goals but more so just getting the sale, which is certainly a part of sales but this seemed a little much and reminded me of a car dealer, which is a vibe I haven't gotten from other SaaS companies.
Overall, it was a good process the company just wasn't a good fit for me and dropped out after the final interview.
