I Applied online. It is a 2 step process. Short phone screen, then in-person interview with 3 leaders. I got a phone offering me the position. 90 days of training.

Received an email from recruiter asking to having a phone interview. Talked about the job requirements and expectations during the first call. Had second interview with 2 managers over zoom for 1 hour. Got a call with an offer less than an hour after our zoom interview ended.
