Did a phone call then a zoom interview then did some assigned skills test. Eventually the company went with someone older than me. Did a lot of work to get that far.

One initial interview on zoom, followed by an in person interview with the location manager, also a civics test at the end that takes a while but they do look at. The interview is more to gauge your personality, work ethic, and other intangibles. Not much you can do to prepare for the interviews, it’s just a conversation more or less, civics test involves basic math, nothing too hard. They’ll teach you industry specifics once you’re hired, not important to have beforehand but id imagine it’s helpful.
