The interview process was fairly simple and relaxed. It started with asking any personal info I wanted to share. - hobbies, personal analysis. Then the typical background and experience questions, questions specifically geared around sales and customer service, some impromptu math and verbal, and conflict resolution. This was followed up with a couple tests. I received a phone call a day or two later for a second interview where the details of employment were laid out, and the job was offered.
