It started with a phone screen. I was then given a take home assignment with vague instructions. The assignment said that I would be given the opportunity to present my project to a panel. Instead, after submitting my project, I was given no response for almost 3 weeks and then got an automated rejection email.

I applied to a position on their website, I had a first introductory interview, then a take home assignment, followed by a technical interview and lastly an interview for cultural fit with project manager.
