Entretien
The application process consisted of five steps:

- **Round 3**: Discussion on backend performance optimization, focusing on improving the efficiency of a provided code snippet.
3. **Values Interview**: A final HR discussion to align expectations and confirm mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities before extending an offer.
