Interview process went well. Staff were welcoming and the process went smoothly. Everything is electronic which made the process easier. I was successful and am enjoying my new role. I have just finished my induction and looking forward to my new role

Entretien
The interviewer listened well and allowed me to express myself. I found it very easy to be honest because I was well prepared. I absolutely enjoy every part of the process. The first is a screening call, then the second is usually a physical interview at a designated service.

Entretien
The manager was very kind and ensured I was comfortable before beginning. They complimented me on answers to my questions and my passion for the industry. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and shown around the supported living flats and met the residents.
