First there is a non-technical intro phone call with a recruiter, then there is a technical phone interview with two engineers, and finally there is an onsite, where you're given a computer to code up a solution.

The recruiter asked a runtime complexity question, which seemed odd as the recruiter did not have any technical knowledge, but the question was not difficult. Company does 9/80 (9 hour days, Mon-Thurs, with every other Friday off).
