HR Recruiter makes the intial call and asks some screening questions. Upon passing the screening, the department manager will call you within a few days for a quick phone interview. If you pass this screening you will come in for the 1st round of interviews where you will meet with three people in the department. Questions were pretty straight forward, they ask about your experience, what you know about the company, and try to see if you would be a good fit for the job and company. If invited for final round, you meet with a few more higher up people in the department.
