They recruit through an agency that has offices on broad street in Reading. They send over your CV and provided you're young and fairly computer literate they arrange a telephone interview. Interviewed with 2 members of staff, one in HR and one line manager for the role. Took 5-10 minutes and offered the job half an hour later via the agency. Started the monday following
