Applied online and got a call back a few days later. 1 interview of 30minutes explaining previous experiences and motivation and I got hired.
Started the week after being hired on a part-time basis.

Very simple process, asked basic get to know you questions and asked about how you problem solve/ handle customer service. If you have a good enough availability you will most likely be hired.
