I had applied online for the position of Senior QA and got the call from HR the next day. Process: Shortlisting of profile, then assignment where we need to automate one scenario. THen 2 technical rounds and last manager round. The requirement was for manual and automation. On saturday HR called and said he is forwarding my resume to Hiring manager. Monday, directly got an email that requirements are not matching with the profile. When I checked with HR, he said maven, css, Java and Jenkins are not there. This was a fun part. Jenkins and Java are written clearly in resume. If the HM cant even read the resume properly and directly rejects the candidate, good I am not selected. Not sure post joining what that manager can do without having proper attention to detail.
