Interviewer forced me what he know on web api performance, though i am very strong in sql and asp.net he focused only in api with 3 question and rejected. initially postponed the interview timing , still i was fine but interviewer was only asked me 3 question and rejected.

Total waste of time... be prepared for at least 3-4 instances when your recruiter does not show up or shows up late. Technical teams are better, they show up. They will interview you for one position but offer you another and they wont even tell you that the position in your offer letter has changed. You have to notice that. I had great interviews but the position on offer was suddenly changed in the offer letter. When I noticed and enquired they said that this is the position they are offering. I lament the time I wasted on phone screens, 1-1 meetings, writing answers to their questionnaire and mainly for waiting on their no-shows. Disappointing as I liked the tech panel and the company overall.
