Fairly simple/standard process I think. 3 interviews if they like you. Manager. Director. Team members. Then you either get offered the job or you don't. There was a bit of a time delay but that's because of the number of applicants I think.

My interview process was three rounds. The first was a short virtual interview with the HR Recruiter to ensure I was a good fit for the role. Then I moved on to a longer second-round interview with the Hiring Manager. Lastly, I met with a small panel of closely aligned stakeholders for a culture style interview where I had the chance to meet a few people on the team that I'd be interacting and working closely with. I found it to be a well-rounded process that gave a good picture of the role, aligned teams, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get feedback from multiple perspectives. All three rounds happened within a couple weeks and I had an offer within a month of starting the process.

Question 1
It's been a number of years since I completed the interview so I can't say I remember any specific questions across the interviews. I will say I thought they did a nice job of keeping the interview process conversational so it never felt like being grilled or tested on the spot. It was a natural discussion around what the role was, what they felt would make a candidate successful in the position, and how that candidate would be measured in the first year.

Absolute worst interview experience I’ve ever had. The recruiter would make commitments for communication by certain dates and ghost me for 10+ days afterward. She told me I would “probably be hired” and regularly scheduled my interviews with less than 24 hrs notice, telling me they were really wanting to extend an offer. I was supposed to only have 3 interviews and was strung along for 2 months and 5 interviews. I would have been okay with it if that was the path that had been communicated to me. However, I was told I would have 3 interviews and should have an answer within 3 weeks. I have never felt so disrespected during an interview process. In the end they said I was a “favorite” but not the chosen candidate. There are clearly issues in the hiring process with this company. It is unfortunate this is the experience that candidates are having.
