Interviewed with several key leaders. All individual sound segments with a specific, functional based partners, and the leaders of the function I would be reporting into. Not many technical questions, most of the questions were related to Vision, understanding the business enterprise and collaboration.
Three steps, one was HR, one technical, one with senior leadership. Relevant to role and business function. Friendly and respectful. Not bad at all, recommended to friends and former colleagues
General questions with cv review and nothing too special, in person review and past experiences overlook and elaboration on past experiences, questions like about the process and lessons learnt and more about development
Face to face with two interviewers. It took slightly over an hour. It was a pleasant experience and the office is at a very strategic location with access of public transport
