Was ghosted by the company after a good first interview in which the hiring manager confirmed the next stage; HR then pretended insistently that the hiring manager was on holiday (for months) to avoid giving me an answer (that they decided to hire someone else). Why not just say the candidates haven't been successful? Completely wasted my time - really unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
