I had my face to face interview with conduent. Some random guy came and he started asking question and he didn't even have any context on testing. He was finding it hard to talk in english

To a 5 years experienced candidate he was asking question like tell the test cases for pen. if you really don't have the intension to hire people why calling them for the interview. Really had a very bad experience
