The interview was easy. I was assigned to video tech support. During training we didn't learn anything about video tech all we learned about was making sales. Now that I am dealing with angry customers who are calling in for their cable problems I don't know what the heck to do. Salinger to these hostile customers only makes them angrier.

You have to take an assessment - it's the same one many ask you to take. It is not hard, just questions about personality and what would you do situations.

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
The interview was pretty easy and quick they ask a few questions about your experience and that was mostly it wasn’t to much more outside of that and why I would be a good fit for the team
