The process was pretty smooth. I applied online and was sent an email to complete a series of tests. One was a typing test, the other one call center, and the last was a technical aptitude test. Following the completion, I received another email to schedule a pre-screen phone interview, as well as more details about the position. After the intial phone interview, there are 2 face to face interviews via webcam on an app called iMeet. They are pretty short and last only about 15-20 minutes. Make sure your environment is quiet, as they will be checking for background noise. I received my job offer via email less than 15 minutes after my final interview, and subsequent emails to accept and complete a background check, new paper hire work, etc. This position is great for anyone who wants to work at home. You don't have to be completely tech savvy as they will train you, but you must know the basics and how to navigate on devices. All in all, great experience! Can't wait to start :).bout the position.
