I was first contacted via email to set up a phone screen with the recruiter. Then I had an additional phone meeting with members of the design and marketing departments. I next completed a design test and then was asked to come in for an interview with 5 members of the marketing team. This was followed by another design test and finally an interview with the CEO. Throughout the entire process the Conductor team members I met with were very responsive and helpful.
