Upon submitting my application, the callback process to set up the interview was very quick. During the initial interview, the hiring manager was thorough in explaining the clients that they represent and the skills they are looking for in potential candidates. I was invited back for the second part of the interview where I got a better understanding of what a typical day looks like at Conco Management Group. They were very clear about the growth opportunity and what was expected for someone to be successful there. The manager that conducted this part of the interview also seemed very passionate about working for the company which was a plus. After the interview, I was asked to answer a few more interview questions and was then invited back for a final sit down with the hiring manager.
