I interviewed for this position a couple of weeks ago, they do an online interview first and then they set up an in person interview. Nothing crazy or wrong with the process, the thing here is that they ghosted me afterwards. They told me to reach out, I did, no response. Follow up email and again complete silence. Not even a rejection email... I get it not everyone gets the position but I don't think ghosting is very professional.
