The virtual round went well with their lead designer and I was qualified for the second round. I gave the test wherein I made 2 social media posts and a GIF and send them after which they ghosted me only to call back after a few days and tell me that we thought you had 3 YOE while I only had 1.5 YOE. Good I had the email wherein I had written to them about my YOE and they were almost blaming me for hiding my YOE. Bad experience overall, I wouldn't recommend interviewing them as they waste a lot of time of designers..
