the process consists of 3 parts and an English assessment test, the first part is sending a VN , then a phone interview , then a Teams interview with someone from the US.

Introduce yourself and state any previous work experience
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.

It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
