Very fast and organized process but you have to arrive early from 10am-1am because they have 8pm cutoff. The interview is simple if you know English very well. Never mention that you are graduating or a senior high student. Just say you are a senior high graduate, or college graduate and never say you have future plans to study again.

Tell me about yourself. Some real-life scenarios handling a customer. What will you do if you witness someone at the company doing something illegal? What do you know about BPO? What do you know about Customer Service Representatives?

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
