First you do an AMCAT or Versant assessment then you have a short interview. The questions are divided into two sections. First section is general about you and your skills and to evaluate your language and so on. Second section is technical questions related to the account you are joining.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
