The interview process was a serious of virtual questions you have to record yourself answering. Upon answering the questions they send an email with an assessment, typing test and speed test that must be completed in a certain time frame.

The interview process consisted for 3 parts. This included a typing test, a PC test( which tests your computer to see how fast it is and compatible it is to work with Concentrix ) and a video interview , which includes you answering a series of questions and to say 2 different scripts that they give you to practice.

2 interviews with the same person. The interviewer was nice, she will make you feel comfortable and not nervous. The process took only for a day. And then was scheduled for a training
