simple. Be confident in replies. They don't ask for much just that you should have excellent communication skills and be flexible with shifts. They make you do the tests, then there is the HR round and lastly the ops team will interview you.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
