Nach einem Telefonat musste ich einen Test machen. Getestet wurden Kreativität, technisches Allgemeinwissen und Mathematik. Anschließend geht es zum persönlichen Gespräch. Zunächst wurden die Arbeitsbereiche gezeigt, das Hygienekonzept erläutert und es konnte in die Kundengespräche mitreingehört werden, um einen Eindruck für die tatsächlichen Anforderungen zu bekommen.

It was long, went through three different stages and it took them a while to get back to me, the first was the usual phone call interview, after that was a video call with the Hr, then another video call with the client.
