O processo seletivo, apesar de longo, atingiu todos os critérios que eu avaliaria como positivos, sendo pontos fortes os tipos de entrevista realizados; o tipo de atitude dos entrevistadores e também o welcome pack(pasta com vr/va, cadeado e crachá) entregue no dia da contratação.

Uma pergunta que achei incrivelmente interessante foi quando a entrevistadora me apresentou uma situação vivida no cotidiano daquela vaga e perguntou como eu reagiria aquilo.

the worst experience ever 2 months with a recruitment from the UK DK whos founder was very rude and left toned voice messages blaming me for his mistake of not forwarding an online interview with teams. After two months then suddenly a presentation was requested from Concentrix which was completed and then ghosted another 2 weeks

I was contacted by a TA from Concentrix Malaysia. He shared the initial details of the position along with a salary bracket. Once I shared my interest in the position, an online interview was scheduled.
The interview was quite difficult and challenging at the same time. There were tricky questions that you need to be careful of. However, the overall experience was satisfying because you will learn so much from it.
