Everything done through an email which is not right. The hiring process was confusing and the interview was only done through phone and they never followed up with it. I would not recommend getting this job as the equipment was used.

Submit an application, receive an email that you're application is bein reviewed, if they decide to go forward with you, you will do an interview that is not difficult and then you're hired as an Concentrix employee.

Entretien
Very easy process, never spoke on the phone or anything, all messaging. Hiring manager was quick to answer any questions I had. Very basic question base. Would definitely rather have this interview over and over rather than having an in person interview.
