I was told by the recruiter that Concentra does a quick 15 minute screening interview and then if you make it to the next round, a panel interview will occur at their facility. That was fine with me. But what took place was not as advertised. When I arrived I quickly found out that the interviews were close to an hour behind (there were several other ladies in front of me). And the person they were currently interviewing had been in there for almost an hour (so much for the 15 minute screen). To make a long story short they decided on that person and it didn't matter who else walked through that door, it was a done deal. They then gave the rest of us a 5 minute 'interview' and out the door we went. I saw one person about to cry.
I'm sure we all spent a great deal of time getting ready for the interview (not to mention the hour wait) so I would have expected professional courtesy to prevail. But it did not.
I found a job with another company but still have a bad taste in my mouth from this 'interview'. How they are to work for, I don't know. But I found their actions troubling.
