I got a phone interview It wasn't an stressful interview but I got a couple red flags that makes me look in other direction. 1st red flag: the call wasn't at the scheduled time the recruiter contacted me 30 minutes before the scheduled call (not a big deal) 2nd red flag: the recruiter asked about my current salary.. this is an ilegal question at least here on WA, the company should give you an offer based in your value in the market not in your current compensation.
